NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 14, 15 and 17 of the Labour Relations Act, to all Trade Unions, Federation of Trade Unions, Employers’ Organizations or Federations of the receipt of an application for registration of the following: KENYA NATIONAL UNION OF HEALTH RECORDS AND INFORMATION MANAGERS (KNUHRIM). NOTICE is further given to the general public for any party with any objection on the proposed registration to submit to the registrar in writing any such objection(s) within twenty one (21) days from the date of this publication.
