REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Lentaya (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 39.537 hectares or thereabout, known as Samburu/Lodokejek/39, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Maralal in Succession Cause No. 4 of 2006, has issued letters of administration to (1) Charles Lentaaya (ID/3472158) and (2) Nampiyan Lentaaya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to David Lentaya (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Lentaya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
