REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Milton Ngamau Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Nachu/Ndacha/838, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E436 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Mary Wanjiku Ngamau, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Milton Ngamau Kimani (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and issue land title deed to the said Mary Wanjiku Ngamau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Milton Ngamau Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
