REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohammed Bashir Abdulla Khandwala (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0454 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi Block 93/228, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. E311 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of grant in favour of (1) Mohammed Salim Mohammed Bashir and (2) Yassen Mohammed Bashir Khandwalla, both of P.O. Box 30557–00100, Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
