NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 9, in Volume B-13, Folio 2382/21605, File No. 1637, by my client, Fatuma Ahmed Edin, of P.O. Box 2620– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fatuma Shinde Mohamed Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Shinde Mohamed Adan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Ahmed Edin, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Ahmed Edin only.
