NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1488, in Volume D1, Folio 333/2925, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Najma Kali Kassim, of P.O. Box 341– 80403, Kwale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwanajuma Kali Mwakutunga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mwanajuma Kali Mwakutunga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Najma Kali Kassim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Najma Kali Kassim only.
