NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1100, in Volume D1, Folio 247/3044, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Kevin Emmanuel Ojiambo (guardian), on behalf of Prince Hansel Emmanuel (minor), of P.O. Box 21760– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Israel Prince Emmanuel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Israel Prince Emmanuel, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Prince Hansel Emmanuel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Prince Hansel Emmanuel only.
