NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 394, in Volume D1, Folio 328/2889, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Gachibi Mwangi, of P.O. Box 249, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Patrick Gachibi Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Patrick Gachibi Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gachibi Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gachibi Mwangi only.
