NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 457, in Volume D1, Folio 328/2883, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Abdrizak Ismail Hirsi, of P.O. Box 17355– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mayow Abdirizak Ahmed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mayow Abdirizak Ahmed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdrizak Ismail Hirsi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdrizak Ismail Hirsi only.
