NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 624, in Volume DI, Folio 334/2938, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Hussein Yarrwo Abey, of P.O. Box 42– 70300, Mandera in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hassan Yarow Abey, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hassan Yarow Abey and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hussein Yarrwo Abey for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hussein Yarrwo Abey only.
