NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 625, in Volume DI, Folio 335/2941, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Rashid Billow Hussein, of P.O. Box 142– 70300, Mandera in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdirashid Billow Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdirashid Billow Hussein and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rashid Billow Hussein for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Rashid Billow Hussein only.
