NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the motor vehicle BMW 530i Saloon, blue in colour with reg. No. KAR 530V, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle and to remove it within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from John Joseph Ogola, P.O. Box 62358–00200, Nairobi, upon payment of repair costs and storage charges, failure to which, the said motor vehicle shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds therefrom will be used to defray the repair costs and storage charges and any other incidental costs and the shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the owners by legal means.
