NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, Cap. 38 of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Chief Magistrates Court at Maua Law Courts, under Miscellaneous Case No. E31 of 2024, to the owners of the motorcycles at Laare Police station within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said motorcycles by way of public auction on behalf of Laare Police Station, if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
