NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, Cap. 38 of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Chief Magistrates’ Court at Mombasa Law Courts, under Miscellaneous Case No. E861 of 2024, to the owners of the motor cycles, tuktuk, 2rolled pipes and bicycles at Mikindani Police Station within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers, Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said motor cycles, tuktuk, 2 rolled pipes and bicycles by way of public auction on behalf of Mikindani Police Station, if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
