NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above development plan was on the 12th November, 2024, completed. The development plan relates to land situated within Mkomani Ward, Lamu County. Copies of the Part Development Plan as prepared have been deposited at the Office of County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands and Physical Planning and the Director Lands and Physical Planning, Mokowe. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands and Physical Planning and the Director Lands and Physical Planning, Mokowe, between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any presentation in connection with or objection to the above part development plan may send such presentations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands and Physical Planning P.O. Box 74–80500, Lamu, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and any representations or objections shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 25th November, 2024.
