THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Willie Munyao (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.4 hectares or thereabout, known as Kyangwithya/Mutune/639, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in succession Cause No. E237 of 2023 has issued letters of administration in favour of Dominic Munyao Willy, and whereas the said Dominic Munyao Willy has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Willie Munyao (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Mwangangi Isika (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
