THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Chumo Mibei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 151.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Kericho/Kipkelion/Chepseon Block 2/2 (Sitian), situate in Kericho County, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession Cause No. 50 of 2012, has been partially confirmed on the 24th October, 2023 and whereas all effort has been made by beneficiaries of the 1st household to acquire the land title deed from those holding it of the 2nd household I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed registered in the name of George Chumo Mibei (deceased) issued on the 5th of November, 1992, and upon such registration of the succession cause, the land title deed issued earlier to George Chumo Mibei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
