THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Murigu Muriithi (ID/13773222), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.42 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Lamu, registered under title No. Lamu/Tchundwa Settlement Scheme/847, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified Government of the Republic of Kenya from and against all actions, proceedings and claims that may arise after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
