TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2024 By Samson Oduori Owaba, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owava Wangiri Namdir alias John Owaba, who died on 19th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By (1) Dennis Wanyama, (2) Jesinda Adhiambo Obili, (3) Dominic Mangeni Ouma and (4) Moses Masiga Ouma, all of P.O. Box 23–50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter-in-law and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngadi Adalo alias Ngadi Odalo Khadede, who died on 31st July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
