TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By Siambi Wambaya Wekha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Wepukhulu Wekha alias Wasike Wepukhulu, who died at South Namwela, on 24th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Munanda Cheptur, (2) Brian Chepture Mnanda and (3) Alex Chepture, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Munanda Chepture alias Isaac Munanda, who died on 2nd August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
