CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2024 By Daniel Okinyi Ooko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterlis Ooko Omuga alias Pitalis Ooko, who died on 13th August, 2014. CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2024 By (1) Shadrack Omondi Opiyo, (2) Jeremiah Okoth Opiyo and (3) Jacob Otieno Opiyo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Opiyo Jaseny alias Alfred Opiyo Jaleny, who died on 3rd June, 2010.
