TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By Kennedy Wafula Ochuna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helder Nanjala Ochuna, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Sikuku Watiti, (2) Erastus Wekesa Watiti and (3) Benedict Khisa Busolo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Watiti Wataka, who died at South Kulusiru Sub-location on 27th April, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
