TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2024 By (1) Bonface Muli Muthoka and (2) Benard Kilonzo Muthoka, both of P.O. Box 783–00515, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwongeli Muthoka alias Phelister Mwongeli Muli, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 2005. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2024 By (1) Bonface Muli Muthoka and (2) Benard Kilonzo Muthoka, both of P.O. Box 783–00515, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoka Muli alias Simon Muthoka Muthoka, who died at Kisukioni, Kalandini, on 16th March, 1991. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2024 By (1) Beatrice Mwikali Nzioka, (2) Jane Mueni Makau and (3) Patrick Wambua Makau, all of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Wambua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
