TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2024 By Jacob Matiri, of P.O. Box 312, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwirichia Materi alias Mwirichia M’Matiri alias Mwirichia s/o Matiri, who died at Consolata Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th January, 2010. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2024 By Duncan Riungu Rukaria, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Murithi M’Rukaria, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
