E77 OF 2024 By Magret Atieno Mataki, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mataki Ligeyo alias Matake Ligeyo, who died at West Migwena Sub-location, on 20th September, 1997. CAUSE NO E154 OF 2024 By Joan Lina Okoth Omolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Omollo Ouma, who died at Uyawi, on 2nd December, 2000. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2024 By Sarah Awino Odiero, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Odel Otieno, who died at Abom, on 8th February, 1998. CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2024 By Kennedy Otieno Adoyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Adoyo Sudhe alias Jeremia Adoyo Sudhe, who died at Pine Breeze Hospital in Kenya, on 7th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
