TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2024 By Manene Zaccheus Mutugi, of P.O. Box 6392–00210, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Manene M’Miraa, who died at Kithakanaro, on 9th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Mbaya Marete and (2) Hildah Gacheri Mwirigi, both of P.O. Box 350–60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses K. M. Marete, who died at Kathera, on 4th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
