TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2024 By (1) Thomas Mzalia Richard and (2) Annie Mzalia, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samini Richard Mzalia, who died on 12th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2024 By Rachael Nyevu Sulubu, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hinzano Ngala Chome, who died on 14th December, 1984. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2024 By Lucky Deche Kalu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kalu Deche, who died at Bodoi, on 14th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
