E142 OF 2024 By Edwin Oketch Ogwari, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Otwoma Ogwari alias Meshak Otwoma Ogwari, who died at Central Sakwa Location, on 10th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2024 By Mathlida Akinyi Mola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Okodo Odhuwa alias Okumu Okodo alias Julius Okodo Odhwa, who died at Bondo, on 28th February, 2007. CAUSE NO E297 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel Midega Adundo and (2) Joseph Agola Adundo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Adundo Midega alias Adundo Midega, who died at Maranda Sub-location, on 29th September, 1979. CAUSE NO E300 OF 2024 By Helida Atieno Awange, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omil Akumu, who died at Nyaguda, on 20th November, 1983.
