TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2024 By (1) Leonard Muasya Kilonzo and (2) Patrick Munyao Munguti, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muindi Sila alias Muindi Sila alias Samuel Momindi, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 1994. 17th December, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By Paulo Muisyo Nzuki, of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malia Kavee Kivuva alias Kavee Kivuva, who died at Kalandini Sub-location, on 20th January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
