Box 266, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Njeru Mburugu alias Jasan Njeru, who died on 22nd June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2024 By Jane Njura Ireri, of P.O. Box 21, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Mbogo Ireri alias Josiah Mbogo Ireri, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2024 By (1) Patrick Njagi Njiru and (2) Mary Muthoni Njiru, both of P.O. Box 32–60101, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s relatives, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Njucha alias Njiru Njcha, who died at Whiterose Medical, on 12th May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2024 By (1) Judy Wanjira Kagau, (2) Faith Racheal Wambeti Kagau and (3) Mercy Immaculate Njura Kagau, all of P.O. Box 33, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philis Wanjue Kagau, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
