TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 279 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wambui Ngatia and (2) Beth Njoki Mahehu, both of P.O. Box 53, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kathungu Rukaya Mugo alias Kathungu Rukenya, who died at Kiambogo Sub-location, on 19th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. 306 OF 2024 By (1) Christine Cheboo Koske and (2) David Malakwen Ngetich, both of P.O. Box 1016–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Koske Korir, who died at Molo Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
