Box 353–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wambui Kangethe, who died on 22nd November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2024 By Joseph Gatheca Kahindi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rufus Kahindi Kigotho, who died on 5th Januaty, 2024. CAUSE NO. E308 OF 2024 By (1) Lucy Waithira Iri and (2) Allan Wairi Ndanuko, both of P.O. Box 19627–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ndanuko Wairi, who died on 26th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
