TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2024 By Stephen Ndungu Kimungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Njeri Kimungu, who died at Kiarukungu, on 19th May, 2006. CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2024 By Andrew Nganga Wanjukira, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njoki Njukira alias Margaret Njoki Njukera, who died at Kamenu, on 20th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
