TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E485 OF 2024 By Justus Wandera Nyongesa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Wasike Nyongesa, who died at Busidibu Sub-location, on 13th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E486 OF 2024 By Leonard Wesonga Wasike, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Wasike Kasirimiri alias Timoth Wasike Kasimili Okodi, who died at Busibwabo Sub-location, on 20th June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
