CAUSE NO. E605 OF 2024 By (1) Haron Ondimu Mabeta, (2) Dennis Nyagaka Ondimu and (3) Lynda Nyaboke Ondimu, all of P.O. Box 10220, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Maina Mwangi, Beatrice Kageha Ondimu alias Beatrice Jumba Kageha alias Beatrice K. Ondimu, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre on 18th June, 2014.
