TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E48 OF 2023 By (1) Caroline Kemboi, (2) Joseph K. Komora, (3) Samuel K. Komora, (4) David K. Chelewa, (5) Zeddy J. Komora, all of P.O. Box 943—30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Kilowin Chelawa, who died at Chorwo, on 21st August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
