TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2024 By (1) Catherine Katui Muliwa and (2) Rabbecca Pili Yusuf, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adam Babu Yusuf, who died at Coast Province General Hospital in Kenya, on 19th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2024 By Margaret Wangui Mwai, of P.O. Box 90565–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshia Mwai Mureu, who died at Maweni, on 19th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
