NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1201, in Volume D1, Folio 276/1761, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Violet Mary Njoki Wanjiru, of P.O. Box 175–00626, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Njoki Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Njoki Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Violet Mary Njoki Wanjiru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Violet Mary Njoki Wanjiru only.
