NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 97, in Volume B-13, Folio 2384/21628, File No. 1637, by our client, Paul Mteri Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 41– 80403, Kwale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mteri Ndegwa Chete, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mteri Ndegwa Chete, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Paul Mteri Ndegwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Paul Mteri Ndegwa only.
