NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 949, in Volume D1, Folio 272/1723, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Fadhumo Ismail Mohamed, formerly known as Fatuma Ismael Muhamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Ismael Muhamed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fadhumo Ismail Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fadhumo Ismail Mohamed only.
