BILL

NOTICE is given under the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of household goods, office goods and commercial goods in our storage as follows; Nakuru County, Brand Track Limited, Nala Tea Company Limited, Harun Otieno, Bill Anjele Indeche, Marcyline Kerubo Baudin, Marcella Aritho, Benson Kinoti, Soraiya and Noor Shariff, to collect the said goods at the premises of Cube Movers Limited, Nairobi, located at Wallstreet Business Park, along ICD Road, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with costs of publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
