NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner(s) of motor vehicles reg. No. 039/C/KPS/2020, valued at KSh. 50,000 and reg. No. KBL 540N, valued at KSh. 70,000, which have been lying at the premises of Northwest Automobiles, telephone number 0724781681, to take delivery and remove the same from the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all the amount due to Northwest Automobiles, including storage charges and any incidental charges plus the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by the public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against the sated charges.
