NOTICE is given that Bankruptcy Petition in respect of Deborah Mbula John, of P.O. Box 18626–00500, Nairobi, was presented to the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, Commercial Division on the 22nd October, 2024, by Deborah Mbula John (Debtor), that the said petition is directed to be mentioned for further directions before the High Court Commercial and Tax Division sitting at Nairobi, Milimani Law Courts on the 16th December, 2024, at 9 o’clock or soon thereafter, and any other creditor of the said debtor to support or oppose the making of the orders on the said petition may appear at the time of the said mention in person or by his advocate for that purpose, and a copy of the petition shall be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor requiring such copy on payment if the regulated charge for the same.
