PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 8th October, 2024, completed. The plan relates to land situated within Siaya Municipality. Copies of the draft development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge at the office of the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development (Ardhi House, Siaya Municipality), Sub-county Administrator’s Office, Alego Usonga, Township Ward Office and the Siaya Municipality Offices Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 803–40600, Siaya and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 15th November, 2024.
