PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 28th October, 2024, completed. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at County Director in charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, Bondo Municipal Manager’s Office, Bondo Sub- county Administrator’s Office and the County Government of Siaya website: https://siaya.go.ke/. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member in charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, P.O. Box 803–40600, Siaya and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 28th October, 2024.
