GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 16414

WHEREAS Gateway Mall Limited, of P.O. Box 49507–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land L.R. No. 13562/32, situate in south of Ruiru Township in Kiambu County containing 1.924 hectares or thereabout, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. No. 57726/1 and wheareas the provisional certificate of title was issued on the parcel that is, L.R. No. 13562/32, registered by (1) Damary Wanjira Mwangi and (2) Leipal ole Tompoya, both of P.O. Box 30197–00200, Nairobi, as the directors of the company as entry No. 57726/4, and a provisional title was allegedly issued to Gateway Mall Limited, and whereas the Office of the Chief Land Registrar under the provisions of sections 14 (a) and (b) and 79 (2) of the Land Registration Act and the provisions for Fair Administrative Action Act, Gateway Mall Limited is accorded an opportunity of fourteen (14) days to surrender the provisional certificate of title after the office established that the application for provisional certificate of title for L.R. No. 13562/32 presented for registration was not authentic, the provisional certificate of title registered as I.R. No. 57726/1 in the name of Gateway Mall Limited will be revoked.
