THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiplimo Cherengeny Kwambai alias Kwambai Limo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Karuna/Sosiani Block 5 (Kapkures)/102, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E41 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Gladys Jepkoech Rotich and (2) Daniel Kiplimo, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Kiplimo Cherengeny Kwambai alias Kwambai Limo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of (1) Gladys Jepkoech Rotich and (2) Daniel Kiplimo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiplimo Cherengeny Kwambai alias Kwambai Limo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
