REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Serah Muchura John alias Serah Wanjiku Muchura (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Municipality Block 5/103, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 791 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of George Muchura, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Serah Muchura John alias Serah Wanjiku Muchura (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Serah Muchura John alias Serah Wanjiku Muchura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
