REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Kangethe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Loc. 5 Ngurweini/831 and Loc. 5/Kagumoini/1372, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1008 of 2012, has issued grant and confirmation letters in favour of (1) James Murage Ngaruiya and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Magu, both of P.O. Box 716, Thika, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Edward Kangethe (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of James Murage Ngaruiya and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Magu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Edward Kangethe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
