REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Sau Kiteme (ID/1019099), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 8.14 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Mwingi/Kavaini/320, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
